FLOW-PACK MACHINES

  • PR 30 G

This machine is suitable for the packaging non-powdered granulous materials into foil [e.g. granulated sugar, wheat-meal,wheat seed-buds, vegetable seeds,rice & frozen products].

Packaging is performed using plane foil, a volume feeder effects volume measurements. A changing thimble allas the filling volume to be infinatly adjusted within the limits given in the technical data.

A digital following wheel controlls the foil pulling down ( in the case of carpet patterns & foils without graphics),or -to special order-a photocell controll may be employed to ensure the correct positioning of bag graphics.

  • PR 30 M2

This machine is suitable for the packaging of non-powdered granulous materials into foil [e.g. granulated sugar, wheat-meal,wheat seed-buds, vegetable seeds,rice &hazel-nuts, cornflakes,extruded products] which can be transported on a vibrating channel.

Packaging is performed using plane foil, feeding quantity is controlled with electronic feeding scales.

Foil is pulled down by belts. Bag length is set by a digital or-to special order-a photocell counter.

SLEEVE WRAPPING MACHINE

  • PR 500

Automatic engirdling shrink- foil applying machine makes unit packages without feed trays.

Arranged packages continuously arrive on the side belt,are sensed by the machine & passed,according to the preset group size, through the foil curtain behind the welding frame. The foil curtain is formed from foil rolls located in the two foil magazines.

Welding and cutting of the foil girdle occurs,simultaneously a new foil curtain is formed. Packages pass via on conveyor into the shrinking tunnel where the shrinking process is performed.

This equipment is particually suited to heat sensitive products,such as chocolate, butter, boxes of frozen products because of the brief, intensive surface heat utilized. Temperature can be accurately varied to match foil thickness & packaging out put. Packages pass from the shrinking tunnel to the cooling tunnel, where the foil conracts to tightly enclose the package.

The PR 500 can be fed from either the right or the left side. A front- feeding version can be manufactured, and the side band elements altered according to parameters required by the customer.

  • PR 700 TWINS

The side-conveyor gathers the PET bottles to be wrapped on the ready sorter table, in front of the loading unit. The speed of the side belt can be fluently adjusted through the frequency control located in the electric box. After the two-row double-pack matrices have been formed between the spreaders, the left-hand package is pressed to the carriage. In the same time further products from the side-conveyor are also being dammed by the dam-board. The left-hand matrix to be packed will be fastened to the carriage, and taken in front of the left-hand loading unit and positioned. The carriage is actuated pneumatically. The loading units move the matrices developed this way through the welded foil curtain behind the welding frame. The stable loading is assured by means of an anti-spinning and a driving mechanism located on the side of the machine. The foil for the foil curtain is supplied by the foil rolls located in the upper and lower foil magazines. After the matrix has been pushed in and wrapped around, the foil will be welded and cut while simultaneously a new foil curtain is formed. For the time of the welding the bottles are hold down by a pneumatic mechanism to prevent them from overturning. The packages pass via a conveyor into the shrinking tunnel where the shrinking process is performed. Because of the brief and intensive surface heat treatment the equipment is also suited to heat sensitive products (such as chocolate, butter, deep-frozen products, etc.). The temperature of the shrinking tunnel and the speed of the conveyor can be fluently set to match packaging rate and foil thickness. From the shrinking tunnel the unit-package passes to the cooling tunnel, where the foil contracts to tightly enclose the package.

  • PR 750

The fully automatic sleeve wrapping machine is perfectly suitable for packaging single wallpaper rolls of various diameter and width. The wallpaper rolls are lowered one by one to the front of the loading unit from the magazine. The automatic loading unit takes it through the welded foil curtain behind the welding frame. The foil for the foil curtain is supplied by the foil rolls located in the upper and lower foil magazines. After the loading has been performed the foil will be welded and cut. Simultaneously a new foil curtain is formed as well. The package passes via a conveyor into the shrinking tunnel where the shrinking process is carried out. Because of the brief and intensive surface heat treatment the equipment is also suited for wrapping of heat sensitive products. The temperature of the shrinking tunnel and the speed of the conveyor can be fluently set to match packaging rate and foil thickness. From the shrinking tunnel the unit-package passes to the cooling tunnel, where the foil contracts to tightly enclose the wallpaper roll. The wallpaper magazine can be filled up either manually or through an automatic sequential charging-unit.
